TMG #8 GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

These Official Rules govern the TMG #8 Giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Promotion”) sponsored by Tuner Merch LLC(“Sponsor”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are licensed drivers and of the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent) or household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The GIVEAWAY officially opens AUGUST 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The GIVEAWAY ends on OCTOBER 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST, or when 3,000 total entries (“spots”) have been claimed, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Digital Products / Digital Entry Options
Participants may receive entries by purchasing digital products or digital entry options from tuner-merch.com during the Promotion Period. Digital products do not include a physical item.

Digital Entry Options include:
Digital Poster (Stock) (Digital): 1 entry/spot
Digital Poster (Boosted) (Digital): 6 entries/spots (advertised as a $25 savings)

B. Entries via Purchase — Physical Products
Participants will receive entries by purchasing eligible physical merchandise from tuner-merch.com during the Promotion Period.

Entries are awarded per item as follows (unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase):
T-Shirt: 2 entries (as posted on the product page)
Hoodie: 4 entries/Spots
Hat: 3 entry/Spot
Bag: 3 entry/Spot
Keychain/lanyards/multitool: 1 entry/spot

C. Discounts & Promotions
If a discount, sale, or promotional offer is applied to any physical or digital product, the number of entries displayed on the website at the time of purchase will still apply, regardless of discounted price.

D. General Purchase Conditions
Entries are awarded instantly upon purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS ARE PERMITTED FOR ANY REASON.

Because entries are issued immediately and cannot be reversed, all purchases are final once completed.

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or attempted reversal of a transaction will be considered an attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway.
Such actions will result in:
Immediate disqualification
Removal of all associated entries
Permanent ban from all current and future Sponsor giveaways and promotions

Sponsor reserves the right to pursue any additional remedies permitted by law.

E. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-write the following on a 3" x 5" card or paper:

Full legal name
Complete mailing address
Phone number
Email address
Date of birth

A statement reading:
“I wish to enter the TMG#8 HONDA CIVIC TYPE R OR FORD FOCUS RS Giveaway and agree to the Official Rules, Changing peoples lives one car at a time.”

Each valid mail-in submission equals one (1) entry.

Limit: ONE (1) mail-in entry per person per calendar month during the Promotion Period.
A “calendar month” is defined as 12:00 AM EST on the first day of the month through 11:59 PM EST on the last day of that month.

Multiple submissions within the same calendar month, bulk mailings, automated submissions, or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted and will be discarded.

Sponsor is not required to provide confirmation of receipt, proof of delivery, or verification of mail-in entries.
Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or undelivered mail.

NOTE:
IF THREE THOUSAND (3,000) ENTRIES/SPOTS ARE ACCUMULATED DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE THE DAY THE ENTRY LIMIT WAS HIT WILL BE COUNTED IN THE RANDOM DRAWING. ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES POSTMARKED AFTER THE DAY THE ENTRY LIMIT IS HIT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE IN THE PRIZE DRAWING.

5. ENTRY LIMITS
The Giveaway is capped at 3,000 total entries, including digital entries, physical product entries, and mail-in entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove invalid entries and disqualify any individual who attempts to manipulate or abuse the entry process.

Entry Limit Rules: Each entrant may only own up to 10% of the total entries/spots. Any entries exceeding this limit will be void.

6. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1st Place)
One (1) used 2018 HONDA CIVIC TYPE-R OR One (1) used 2017 FOCUS RS Approximate Retail Value
(ARV): $20,000 USD Free vehicle shipping ($0) to the winner’s address within the (49) United States

Sponsor will coordinate and cover standard vehicle transport costs. The winner must provide a delivery location accessible by standard auto transport equipment. Vehicle condition may vary and no warranty, express or implied, is provided.

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
Winners will be selected in a LIVE Random drawing conducted after the Promotion Period ends or once all 3,000 entries are filled.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours.

Winners may be required to complete:
A notarized affidavit of eligibility
A liability/publicity release
IRS Form W-9 or other required tax documentation
Proof of identity (such as a valid government-issued photo ID)

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winners are responsible for all taxes, registration fees, insurance, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance, excluding free vehicle shipping.

Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, transport damage, or storage issues.

10. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

11. PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway, technical failures, shipping issues, or acceptance and use of any prize.

13. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.

14. PRIVACY
Participant information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at tuner-merch.com.

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

Broke after one day

We’re honestly surprised to hear that the lanyard broke after just one day, as we use quality materials and haven’t experienced this issue with our lanyards. We understand that accidents or defects can happen, though, and we’d be happy to take a closer look.

If possible, please send us a photo of the lanyard and the area where it broke so we can properly assess what happened and help resolve the issue. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure every customer has a good experience with us.
